Why can’t I access certain features on the TGP+ ribbon?

There are a few reasons as to why you are unable to access some features on the ribbon, some potential reasons are listed below:

  • You have not logged in
    • The ribbon is fairly empty before you log in to TGP+ using your DynamicsGP credentials. Once you have logged in TGP+ will give you access to everything it has to offer
  • You are unable to connect to your DynamicsGP server
    • Connectivity issues could prevent TGP+ from being able to reach the server keeping TGP+ from letting you access the rest of its features.
