NextID is a powerful tool that gives the users a powerful piece of automation and ID organization, setting it up is fairly simple.

The settings for NextID are found in the Control Desk (Home > Features > NextID) and can be used to customize how NextID preforms.
The buttons along the top allow users to change how NextID preforms depending on which card is being modified (Customer, Employee, Vendor, Prospect, Item). The user can also define the parameters of how NextID will construct the IDs, with the amount of letters followed by the amount of numbers to put, as well as what to base the letters off of and to reserve specific numbers in case they serve a special purpose (NextID checks to see if IDs are taken before selecting them, this is more for reserving empty IDs).
