Yes. It will not function properly if it is not the correct version for your Dynamics GP. In all cases, you will need to request new keys for your TitaniumGP product. Those can be requested via email support@TitaniumGP.com. Read the following to see additional steps that need to be taken, depending on your Dynamics GP upgrade:
There are 4 versions of TitaniumGP. 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2018. For example, if you are upgrading from Dynamics GP 2016 to 2018, then you must uninstall TitaniumGP and install the corresponding version. If you are upgrading from 18.0 to 18.5, then you only need to update TitaniumGP in the settings of the Control Desk. IMPORTANT: No matter the upgrade, you still have to request new keys via email support@TitaniumGP.com.
