Two documents. The Software License Agreement governs the software itself — what the license covers, what the software does to your databases, warranties and liability. The subscription terms cover the commercial side: renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes and what happens if a payment fails. Both are short enough to read.
A period already started isn’t refundable and we don’t pro-rate a mid-period cancellation — that’s what the free 30-day trial is for. If you were charged in error or something has gone wrong, email us and we’ll sort it out. Full detail in the subscription terms.
