There are a few reasons as to why you are unable to access some features on the ribbon, some potential reasons are listed below:
- You have not logged in
- The ribbon is fairly empty before you log in to TGP+ using your DynamicsGP credentials. Once you have logged in TGP+ will give you access to everything it has to offer
- You are unable to connect to your DynamicsGP server
- Connectivity issues could prevent TGP+ from being able to reach the server keeping TGP+ from letting you access the rest of its features.
