File Attachment in Elastic Windows allows users to attach files to entries in GP, these can range from tax forms to miscellaneous files. Activating this feature is done in the Control Desk (Home > Features > Elastic Windows) and is done wherever an Elastic Window can be activated. This is done by selecting the window to attach files to and checking the File Attachment box. This adds a tab on the Elastic Window feature that gives users to attach files to entries.
How to view all your files #
To view all files that have been attached in a single place you must enter the File Attachment Explorer (Home > Tools > File Attachment) This will give the user a grid where they can view all of the different files attached to the entries in one place.
