Users can edit forms and prepare information to be uploaded into GP. For some of these basic processes, you don’t need to be logged in to TGP+ to use it. You can even do these things completely offline.
However, because TGP+ is such a powerful tool that allows users to access so much secure company data, it does require users to log in to unlock its full functionality. This was done to protect both users and the company they work for. TGP+ ensures that users are only accessing the data and information they have the right privileges and security to view. In a nutshell, if you wouldn’t be able to access a SmartList in GP, you won’t be able to do it in TGP+’s SmarterList either. TGP+ requires users to be signed in to determine what privileges to assign them.
