Currently, users are able to set up what they want all of their NextIDs to look like from the TGP Control Desk. However, the actual NextIDs are programmed from their respective windows. For example, the NextID for an item is created through Item Maintenance.
Simply click on Additional, and then click on TGP – NextID. That’s it! Your next item ID has been created. New Ids for customers, employees, vendors, and prospects are also created in their respective windows.
