With TGP Password, all of a company’s password headaches are easily eliminated. In Dynamics GP, a lost password required an administrator going into the account in order to restore a user’s access. If the administrator was busy or out of the office, users had to wait hours, and sometimes even days, in order to regain access to their accounts. With this new feature, users are able to go into their accounts themselves and safely restore their access. Think of it as an “I forgot my password” feature, but for the everyday user. Administrators will finally be able to go about their day without worrying about company employees getting locked out.
