Accessing Control Desk

The Control Desk can be accessed from the task bar, in the cluster of icons on the right (Where the sound and Wi-Fi controls are) there should be a T icon when TitaniumGP is installed correctly and GP is running. (It could be in the overflow section, be sure to check there if you cant see it) Right clicking it will bring up the most popular features as well as the TGP Control Desk, clicking that will open up Control Desk.
